Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the FPL Weekly mobile app and the website at www.fplweekly.com (together, the "Service"), provided by FPL Weekly ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
FPL Weekly is an independent companion app for the Fantasy Premier League ("FPL") game. It shows publicly available FPL data (fixtures, live scores, player and price information) and, optionally, data for a Fantasy Premier League team that you link with your manager ID.
2. No affiliation with the Premier League or FPL
FPL Weekly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the Premier League, Premier League Ltd., or the Official Fantasy Premier League game. "Premier League", "Fantasy Premier League", team names, player names and club crests are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced in the Service solely to describe publicly available data about real matches and players.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service for personal, non-commercial enjoyment of FPL.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone's rights.
4. Accuracy
We take reasonable care to mirror public FPL data correctly, but the Service is provided "as is". Scores, prices and player data can change without notice and may contain inaccuracies. Always cross-check against the official FPL app before making decisions with real-world consequences.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the FPL Weekly name, design, code, and content we create. All other trademarks and data belong to their respective owners.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or loss of points, transfers, rankings, data or profits arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless another jurisdiction is required for you as a consumer.
