Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the FPL Weekly application (web, iOS and Android when available), hosted at app.fplweekly.com, and this marketing website at fplweekly.com (together, the "Service"), provided by FPL Weekly ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

FPL Weekly is an independent companion for the Fantasy Premier League ("FPL") game. It presents publicly available FPL data (fixtures, live scores, players, prices) and, when you choose to sign in and link an entry, personal views such as your squad, leagues, watchlist and optional in-app games.

2. No affiliation

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the Premier League, Premier League Ltd., or the official Fantasy Premier League game. "Premier League", "Fantasy Premier League", club names, player names and crests belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe publicly available match and player data.

3. Accounts and linked entries

  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure.
  • Link only FPL entries you own or are authorised to manage.
  • We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is abusive or fraudulent.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use the Service for personal, non-commercial enjoyment of FPL.
  • Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the Service or our infrastructure.
  • Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
  • Do not misrepresent AI-generated suggestions as official FPL guidance.

5. Data accuracy

We take reasonable care to mirror public FPL data, but the Service is provided "as is". Scores, prices, deadlines and player status can change without notice and may contain delays or errors. Always verify material decisions in the official FPL app before making transfers or other real-world choices.

6. AI assistant

Optional AI features (such as the team-change assistant) generate informational suggestions only. They are not financial, legal or professional advice. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain solely responsible for your FPL decisions.

7. Stock Exchange and in-app games

Virtual trading and leaderboard features use fictional in-app currency. They do not involve real money, gambling or prizes with monetary value unless we explicitly state otherwise in a separate promotion.

8. FPL Weekly Pro subscriptions

Optional paid subscriptions ("FPL Weekly Pro") may be offered in our native mobile apps (Android and iOS). Pro unlocks premium features described in the app at the time of purchase. The free web app at app.fplweekly.com does not currently include in-app billing.

  • Billing. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements and link purchases to your signed-in account.
  • Plans and pricing. Monthly and annual plans may be offered. Prices, currency and tax are shown in the app before you confirm payment and may vary by region or store.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep Pro access until then.
  • Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Google or Apple under their policies. Contact us at hello@fplweekly.com if you need help finding the right store flow.
  • Account deletion. Deleting your FPL Weekly account removes app data we store but does not cancel an active store subscription. Cancel in Google Play or the App Store before or after deletion to stop future charges.
  • Restore purchases. If you reinstall the app or change devices, use Restore purchases on the Pro screen while signed in with the same account you used to subscribe.

9. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the FPL Weekly name, Terminal design, code and original content we create. Third-party trademarks and data remain the property of their owners. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the Service for personal purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for loss of FPL points, rankings, transfers, data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Changes

We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
